London trained chef and culinary artist with over 15 years experience In working for world class establishments including Michelin restaurants, hotels, trendy brasseries and celebrity chefs projects.


Following his graduation from Le Cordon Bleu in 2004, Kerth started his career in one of London's iconic Sir Terence Conran Restaurants. He then went on to master the fine art of cooking working with top celebrity chefs in London: Tom Aikens & was part of the opening Team for London's first Joel Robuchon's Atelier Restaurant.  


After acquiring skills in fine dining Kerth was curious explore business side of the food & Beverage industry, which lead him to work for London's most successful restaurateurs Cris Cobrin and Jeremy King, followed by a position at a five star Hilton Hotel.


During these years he was also involved in various events and functions including charity events, Taste of London, dinner for members of Royal Family and various high profile individuals and celebrities.

Kerth moved to Singapore in 2011, joining celebrity chef Jason Atherton's new venture Esquina, followed by opening another sister project.


After 2 years working and travelling in Asia and learning new flavours and techniques, Kerth returned to London where he is now Head Chef at highly - acclaimed restaurant Omer Mayfair.

He now works alongside Michelin starred chef Shaun Rankin and oversees a team of 30 members
